SSH

| Overview: |

For those customers wishing to have telnet access to our servers we offer this access through
a technology called SSH. This technology is nothing more than a telnet session that encrypts
the information being transfered and results in a much more secure environment for your data.

| Requirements: |
|
In order to enable SSH we must receive a written request with a copy of a valid photo ID via fax.
Our fax number is 740-362-0927. Once we receive this information we will enable SSH for your domain.

| Connection: |
|
Once SSH has been enabled and you have obtained the appropriate software you must
generate a key to be uploaded to our server. This is usually done through the SSH
client. You will also need to update our server with your current IP address or the
connection will be refused.
